I'm glad you mentioned the Gen Z posters on After Babel. When I had my own Gen Z granddaughter read a couple of those pieces she was outraged. Her own experience has been so different and she was quite annoyed that the writer claimed to be speaking for her entire generation. Cf. my essay about my research project with her. I bet your granddaughter knows that when she receives objectionable content, hit the delete and block sender buttons, or report sender. I have no idea why After Babel posters pretend they are such helpless victims when online sites afford them easy options to block things they don't like. I'll read your essay.
